Welcome to my wellness page. Here, I’ll be sharing my experiences in health that encompass body, mind, spirit, family, community, and ancestry. Ancient wisdom, including from India, also points to the links between human, planetary, and cosmic health. I’ll explore some of that too. To give you a taste of some of the things you’ll see here—tiny Ayurvedic practices that help me (I find that I’m able to follow Ayurveda only in micro-steps at this stage, that might change in years ahead); books on wellness I’ve loved; small mindset hacks that add up; podcasts that inspire and of course, my own experiences with the flow state. Because for me, that’s what wellness means now—an unimpeded flow of body and mind, of joy, love, vigor, gratitude, and purpose. And to be real—it doesn’t mean the denying of emotions such as anger (ask any parent for instance) or grief, but it does mean their management and navigation.
